Postcode Neighbourhood Trust
We are delighted to announce an award of £2,605 from Postcode Neighbourhood Trust, a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.
The funding boost will enable us to continue supporting the people of the West Wight and enable us to expand our services we offer to help more people.
In the last year, West Wight Men In Sheds has facilitated 4,860 man-hours to the West Wight, that’s 4,860 hours of people not being isolated, of members supporting members, of members feeling valued. We have also given 645 hours to local community projects.
Ian Wright, Trustee said: “This grant will enable us to continue our work in the West Wight Area and enable us to start to offer new services in the new year.”
